Shipping & Returns 

General Shipping

  • To keep costs down, and help the environment, we try to recycle packing boxes as much as we can.  

  • Combined shipping is available if you order multiple items so please ask about this when ordering.

  • All UK , Europe and Worldwide shipments are sent tracked with insurance and not to PO Boxes.

  • Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number which you can track on the relevant website.

  • Courier shipments are all tracked door to door.

  • Russia is excluded from our shipping at this point in time.   

 

United Kingdom

  • Shipping to the United Kingdom depends on the size and weight of the item(s).

  • All small/medium sized items across mainland UK will be sent via Royal Mail’s first or second class tracked postage. Larger items will be sent via courier services. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and UK islands may incur additional courier charges.

  • We will notify you of the tracking number once the item/s are dispatched.

  • Shipping times are out of our control but Royal Mail are usually very good with their shipping times being found on their website. At the time of writing some shipments are being delayed because of the volume of post and the effects of Covid on Royal Mail and courier company staff. Delays are also possible due to ongoing strike action by Royal Mail staff.

  • All items on our site are in stock so will be despatched as soon as payment is made.

  • Some very large, or fragile, items are sold on a collection-only basis; this is stated in the product’s description.

European Union

  • Shipping to the EU depends on the size and weight of the item(s).

  • Depending on the size of your item most parcels under 2kg can be sent via Royal Mail as a small Parcel. If the item is above this we have to use a courier service such as DPD, UPS or the like. If your item is a larger heavier item such as Winstanley cat please ask for a shipping quote before buying

USA, Canada, Australia and the Rest of the World – Excluding Russia

  • Shipping to the rest of the world depends on the size and weight of the item(s).

  • Depending on the size of your item most parcels under 2kg can be sent via Royal Mail as a small Parcel. If the item is above this we have to use a courier service such as DPD, UPS or the like. If your item is a larger heavier item such as Winstanley cat please ask for a shipping quote before buying.

General Shipping points to note for all non UK items

Duty Charges

  • All orders are shipped from the UK. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order. These charges will be for your own account and Lisas Collectables is not responsible for any of these charges, they are your responsibility as the customer.

Processing Times:

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. If an item is wanted in a hurry please let me know and I will endeavour to ship out immediately.  

  • There may be a delay in receiving your item if there are any postal strikes or high volume of orders over the festive period as well as postal service problems that are outside of my control.

 

Collection

  • You can also skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from us.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. We are not a ‘bricks and mortar’ store but will be as accommodating as possible for pickup.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

Making a return

  • We hope that you will be happy with your item but if for some reason you are not and/or if it arrives defective or damaged, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement

  • For handbags, purses etc they must be returned with the original packaging including the dog tag, gift wrap, accessories, dust bag and labels

  • We reserve the right to reject items outside of our policy and return them to you

  • This returns policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.

  • Please note that we are not able to accept any returns of personalised products unless the item is faulty

  • Goods being returned must be unused and in the original packaging. The delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

 

Returning an Item:

  • Items that are made to order cannot be returned.

  • Please email me using the 'Contact' link below with your order number and address/contact details and send me details of the problem with supporting photos.

  • I will then advise you how to send the item back to me with return shipping charges will be for your account. 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will then be processed, minus the shipping costs for the return, within 7 working days of receiving your return.  

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me using the 'Contact' link below as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos of the item’s condition. We assess these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. All items are sent insured so a claim would then need to be made with the relevant shipping, courier company for the damaged item. I would help in any way I can to sort this out.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email using the 'Contact' link below and I will explain how to return your items and organise a replacement.
